Three of the four are from producer Sebastian Ramirez of El Placer farm in Colombia, where he and his family continue to push boundaries in varietal innovation and processing methods.
The fourth is our oft-requested annual barrel-aged coffee, a holiday tradition with a nod to the brewery where our roasting journey began.
The first three are roasted for filter, the fourth for espresso or filter — but brew them however the FUNK you want.
PLUS we've even included a sticker pack, featuring artwork from the box and labels by the legendary Ebony Jansen, so you can make a collage of your own!
